CHEWY CHEESECAKE COOKIES 
1/2 c. soft butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans

Cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add flour; beat well. Stir in nuts. Shape into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Dip bottom of glass in water and press balls with glass until 2" in diameter. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes. Do NOT over bake!
