DESSERT APPLE PIZZA 
Any pastry recipe for 2 (9 inch) pies.
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Prepare the pastry. Roll 1 inch larger than a 12-13 inch pizza pan. Gently place in pan. Flute edges. Do not peel apples. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Beginning at edge of crust and overlapping slices, cover crust completely with apples. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg mixture over apples.

Top with:

3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter

Combine together.

Bake at 375°F until edge is golden brown and apples are tender, about 45-50 minutes. Watch carefully so that crust does not burn. Cover edges with foil to prevent burning.
