HOMEMADE BREAD 
8 c. all-purpose flour
4 c. warm water
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 stick butter
3 pkg. dry yeast

Mix yeast with warm water. Add to flour and mix together. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour onto floured surface. Mix together again with fingers for about 2 minutes. Cover with warm, damp cloth until risen. After the dough has risen, knead again and separate it and put into bread pans. Make sure you grease and flour bread pans. Fill them a little over half full.

Cover again with warm, damp cloth. Let rise until it goes over your pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Yield: 5 loaves.
