SOUR CREAM RASPBERRY MOLD | |
1 c. sour cream (commercial) 12 oz. crushed pineapple, drained well 2 lg. bananas, diced 2 (10 oz.) frozen raspberries (it's good with strawberries too) 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jello Mix 1 cup hot water in 1 (3 ounce) raspberry Jello, 1 large bananas (diced), 1/2 of crushed pineapple, and 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberry. Allow to thicken. Place in serving dish. Spread 1 cup sour cream on set Jello surface. Then repeat above for top layer. Decorate with grapes, pineapple, or other fruit. |
