GRANDMA'S SOUR CREAM SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 carton sour cream
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
2 mashed, cooked pears or 2 mashed bananas
Chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add fruit while hot. Pour half of mixture into a mold. After it has set, spread the sour cream over the mixture. Add the remainder of Jello mixture on top of the sour cream. Chill. When ready to serve, unmold onto a serving plate or this does not have to be put into a mold, just use a bowl.
