1 1/2 c. warm water 1 tbsp. yeast (rounded) 1 tbsp. malted milk powder 1 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. salt 4 - 4 1/2 c. flour Soften yeast with warm water. Stir in malted milk, honey and salt. Add flour. Form a ball and divide into 24 pieces. Shape 6" long. (Can be longer or thinner.) Put on greased cookie sheet 1" apart. Brush with egg white or 1 whole egg with 1 tablespoon water. Sprinkle with any seasoning like garlic, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, onion salt, Lawry's Seasoned Salt, Schilling Salad Supreme. Raise 15 to 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. |
