CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 stick melted butter, cooled
2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
7 tbsp. cocoa or scant 1/2 c.
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour or scant 1/4 c.

Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients with butter being mixed in last. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: two pies.

Note: Eat one and freeze one.
