1 1/2 lbs. lean ground round
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meats with seasonings. Mix bread crumbs, eggs, catsup, milk and cheese together. Combine with the meat mixture. Form into two loaves and place in shallow baking dish. Pour in 1/2 to 3/4 cup water and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
