CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. raisins
5-6 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter

Mix water, yeast, oil and sugar together and let sit 15 minutes. Add beaten egg, salt and flour until it is a barely sticky dough. Add raisins. Roll out into oblong about 12 inch width. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Roll up and cut into 1 1/2 inch slices. Place on well greased cookie sheet and let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
