BLUEBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. blackberry Jello (any flavor works ok)
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (15 oz.) can blueberries with juice

TOPPING:

8 oz. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple and blueberries with juices. Pour in 9x13 pan and refrigerate until congealed. Mix together topping ingredients and spread on salad. Garnish with nuts if desired.
