PINTO BEAN SALAD 
1 cake cornbread
2 cans pinto beans
2 lb. fried bacon
1 c. chopped pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1-2 c. mayonnaise

Mix pickles and mayonnaise with a little pickle juice to thin the mixture. Layer everything beginning with the crumbled cornbread on the bottom. End with the mayonnaise mixture on top. Reserve some of the bacon for the top.
