MAPLE SAUCE FOR HAM 
Serve hot or cold.

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
3 whole cloves
1 c. maple syrup

Mix dry ingredients in saucepan. Add maple syrup, stir and cook, slowly until thickened and clear. Variation: Add 1/2 cup crushed pineapple or 1/2 cup cooked raisins to sauce.
