3 med. sized sweet potatoes (peeled and sliced)
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Bacon drippings to cover iron skillet bottom

Put enough bacon drippings in bottom of iron skillet. Sprinkle small amount of salt over sliced sweet potatoes. Put potatoes in skillet and sprinkle the sugar over potatoes. Cover and fry on medium heat. Fry to golden brown.
