SPICY OVEN FRIES 
3 to 4 potatoes, unpeeled
1 1/2 tbsp. corn oil
Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 to 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. onion powder

Cut the unpeeled potatoes as you would French fries. Place in a plastic bag with the oil. Shake until all potatoes are coated. Sprinkle with the salt, oregano, onion powder, pepper, chili powder and cheese. Shake again.

Place on a large cookie sheet with sides. Potatoes should not be touching each other. Bake at 450 degrees until they are as crispy as you like. Turn with a spatula a few times. Takes 20 to 30 minutes.
