CHEATER CAJUN JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined (or crawfish)
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 1/2 links or circles
1 bell pepper chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
1 1/2 c. rice (raw)
cayenne pepper to taste

You will need a 3-quart casserole with lid.

Brown ground beef and sausage. When brown, add onions and bell pepper; sauté for 10 minutes. Take all ingredients and mix well in big bowl. Transfer to casserole dish. Cover and put in preheated 350°F oven. Cook until done, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
