CARNIVAL JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces
3/4 c. uncooked converted rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter, optional
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c chopped green or red pepper
1 stalk chopped celery

Combine all ingredients in large skillet, cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked. You may add 1 small jar of diced pimento, after the cooking is complete.

This is a tasty, easy to put together, mildly seasoned version of Jambalaya. Kid friendly. I used precooked rice and reduced the simmer time. Personally, I think it needed a bit more kick!
