2 c. sugar
4 c. diced (not too small) fresh apples
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. walnuts
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour (not cake flour)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Grease 13x9x2 pan (not flour). Mix sugar, diced apples, Wesson oil, walnuts, eggs, and vanilla well then add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees, then top with whipped cream.
