2 sm. apples, cored & chopped (1 1/3 c.) 2 sm. pears, cored & chopped (1 1/2 c.) 1 sm. banana 1/2 avocado, sliced 1/2 c. celery, chopped (2 med. stalks) 1/4 c. raisins 12 walnut halves, chopped (rounded 1/3 cup) 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours. Makes 6 servings, about 3/4 cup each. |
