EASY FREEZER PUMPKIN PIE 
1 baked 9 inch pie crust
1 can pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 qt. ice cream

Mix all together and pour into crust. Put in freezer until hard.
