TUNA WITH PASTA | |
1 8 oz can or pouch of tuna 1/2 box of penne (whatever pasta you desire) 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 1/2 cup mayonnaise tablespoon minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon onion and garlic powder dash of salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dry basil leaves Cook pasta in water with olive oil and seasoned salt. Combine remaining ingredients except for the minced garlic in a bowl. When pasta is done, rinse off with cool water. Add pasta to tuna mix then add the minced garlic. Stir until combined. This dish is great with just about anything - salads, wraps, or any kind of meat or vegetable. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve it hot or cold. Submitted by: Corey |
