BEANS AND FRANKS 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. oil
1 lb. frankfurters, cut in 1-inch chunks
2 (21 oz.) cans pork and beans
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Saute onion in oil until tender; add frankfurters and cook and stir until lightly browned. Stir in beans, catsup, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until bubbly.
