FESTIVE PIE 
1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell

Combine first 7 ingredients, and mix well; pour into pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yield: 1 (8 inch) pie.
