RICE KRISPIE CHICKEN 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x13 inch pan, put olive oil or vegetable oil on bottom. Use either skinless chicken cutlets or chicken pieces. Put Rice Krispies, corn flakes, etc. into a Baggie. Roll with rolling pin until cereal is crushed into crumbs. Dunk chicken pieces, first into oil, then into bag, then coat with crumbs. Place in pan. Bake until golden. Cutlets 30-45 minutes, pieces, longer.
