EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
Sirloin, cut into strips
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 lg. jar sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Sour cream

Brown beef and cook onions in butter until brown. While cooking, separate onions into rings. Add gravy mix and mushrooms. Then add water to make gravy desired consistency. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Add 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream. Heat an additional 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
