NOODLES & KRAUT 
1/2 lb. smoked sausage
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. or 2 sm. onions, chopped
16 oz. pkg. noodles
32 oz. jar sauerkraut, drained

Cut sausage in slices. Then cut slices in quarters. Brown in medium fry pan. Remove. Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add sausage. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. Add to sausage mixture along with drained sauerkraut. Continue to cook for 45 minutes, stirring often.
