GERMAN NOODLES 
1 c. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. can sauerkraut (16 oz.), undrained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked

Melt butter. Add chopped onion and saute until partially cooked. Add sauerkraut. Stir until butter is absorbed in onion and sauerkraut. Stir in cooked noodles. Excellent with brats.
