NOODLE KRAUT | |
1 tbsp. butter 2 or 3 strips chopped bacon 1 large onion, chopped Pinch of caraway seed 1 small can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed in cold water Pinch sugar 2 to 3 c. cooked thin noodles Saute in butter chopped onion and bacon pieces. Add caraway seed, sauerkraut, sugar and noodles. Heat through. Serve with polish sausage, pork chops or pork roast. |
