1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows (1 c.)
1 flat can pineapple
1 c. nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 pt. whipped cream or Cool Whip

Over medium heat stir until all is melted - the Jello, hot water, cream cheese and miniature marshmallows. Add juice from flat can of crushed pineapple. Chill until set a little, but NOT FIRM. Beat with a fork to fluff. Add nuts, celery and remaining pineapple. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Chill again. Keeps well.
