10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
3-4 slices bacon, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
Salt to taste
Nutmeg to taste
1 hard boiled egg, sliced

Cook bacon and onion. Add spinach (drained slightly). Heat through, add salt and nutmeg. Serve with sliced egg on top.
