1/4 c. almonds 1 lb. ground beef 1 can beef broth 1 can water 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles "Oriental" 2 pkgs. Japanese style vegetables (10-12 oz.) Soy sauce (optional) Saute almonds in small amount of oil in fry pan. Add beef and brown. Add broth and water. Add Ramen noodles but use only one packet of Oriental seasoning. Boil 2-3 minutes and add vegetables. Cook a while longer and serve. Add soy sauce if desired. |
