1 tsp. black pepper
1 garlic bulb
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. cayenne
1 qt. water
1 tbsp. liquid soap

Grind garlic and onion. Mix with cayenne, pepper and water. Let steep at least 1 hour; add soap before using. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
