BAKED SPAGHETTI | |
1 c. water 2 lbs. ground chuck 1 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. green pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 can tomato sauce 16 oz. can chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp. chili powder 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded Break ground beef up in water and add other ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. After mixture starts to boil, simmer for 1 hour. Have spaghetti already cooked and drained. Beginning with spaghetti, layer spaghetti, sauce, cheese, twice in greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with a tossed salad and garlic bread. |
