CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lb. bag chunky hash browns, thawed
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz. pkg.)
1/2 c. melted butter, or butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. green onions, tops chopped too
1 pt. sour cream (16 oz.)

Combine all ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 inch buttered glass casserole dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Dot 1/4 cup butter over flakes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
