OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
3 lg. potatoes (peeled or unpeeled)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Seasoning salt or Cajun seasoning

Cut potatoes into strips. Combine oil with 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl. Add potatoes and toss. Brush a shallow roasting pan with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning salt or Cajun seasoning. Just make 1 single layer. Bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees, turning after about 15 minutes. (Potatoes cut in wide strips are easier to handle.)
