ORANGE GLAZED BEETS 
1 (16 oz.) can beets
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter

Drain beets, reserving 1/3 cup liquid. In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, caraway seeds, and salt. Stir in reserving beet liquid, orange juice, and butter. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and is clear. Add beets and heat to serve.
