YAM CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked yams, mashed (4 med.)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Whip together above ingredients. Put into covered casserole dish.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together above ingredients. Crumble and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered.
