BAKED POTATO SALAD | |
10 to 12 med. potatoes (boiled), cubed 4 slices of bread, cubed 1 lg. onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced Salt & pepper to taste 1 lg. jar pimentos, diced 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 3/4 c. milk 2 sticks butter (1/2 lb.), cubed Mix all ingredients. The flavor is better if mixed and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. |
