BAKED POTATO SALAD | |
8 potatoes, cooked and diced 16 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 c. mayonnaise (more if it seems dry) 1/2 c. onions, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 10 strips chopped and half fried small jar green stuffed olives, sliced Mix first 5 ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with bacon and olives. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
