BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 lg. potatoes, sliced and boiled
1 lb. Velveeta or 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Grate cheese. Mix half of bacon with all ingredients. Top with bacon. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
