BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 potatoes, cooked and cubed
1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Combine all ingredients except bacon. Spoon into greased casserole. Top with bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 60 minutes.
