MACARONI SALAD 
2 lbs. macaroni, cook and drain
4 carrots, grated
1 lg. green pepper, cut sm.
1 lg. onion, cut sm.

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. salt

Mix macaroni and vegetables together. Combine remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth, pour over vegetables and macaroni and stir well. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
