KATYA'S AMAZING RUSSIAN TUNA
SALAD
 
5 hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 (5 oz. ea.) cans tuna, liquid drained
1/2 cup white onion, chopped into small cubes

RUSSIAN DRESSING:

1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
1 tsp. spicy mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Chop hard boiled eggs into small cubes (bigger than the onion cubes). Put it into a medium sized bowl. Add the flaked tuna and onions into the bowl as well, and mix well with spoon or hands. Set aside.

Get a small bowl, and mix together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt and mustard. Add it to the previous mixture, adding the salt and pepper as well. Mix well.

Tips: This tuna salad is best spread onto bread. Substitute the white onion for green onion for better taste.
