BROCCOLI WITH OIL AND LEMON 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli spears
3 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat 1" of water to boiling, add broccoli. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until stems are tender. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli.
