ICED DARJEELING AND FRUIT TEA 
1 qt. water
8 tsp. loose Darjeeling tea (regular tea bags may be used)
1 qt. water
1 c. sugar
5 whole cloves
Zest of 1 lime
Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 orange
Lime wedges for garnish

Bring 1 quart water to boil. Add tea. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Refrigerate, strained. Bring 1 quart water to boil. Add sugar, cloves and orange and lime zest. Boil 5 minutes. Stir in orange and lime juice. Strain into cooled tea. Cool to room temperature. Serve over ice.
