SPECIAL ICED TEA 
3 tbsp. Tea leaves or 3 tea bags
6 inches mint = 3 plant tops
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 c. water

Steep tea and mint in the 2 cups boiling water and let steep 15 minutes, remove and add sugar. Stir until dissolved, then add lemon juice and 2 cups water. Serves 8.
