MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. Quick oatmeal
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

SAUCE (Optional) :
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients. Pat into loaf dish. Microwave on full power 8-10 minutes or until 160 degrees is reached.

For Sauce: Blend ingredients well. Pour over meat loaf halfway through cooking time.

Tip: For a firmer loaf, increase tomato sauce to 3/4 cup.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
