BEEF AND POTATO STUFFED PEPPER 
6 oz. hash brown potatoes
4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
6 lg. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. dry basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Place peppers in boiling water until soft. Mix all other ingredients together except tomato sauce and stuff peppers. Cook in tomato sauce on low heat for 1 hour.
