2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. 10X sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form. Add slowly 10X sugar. Beat until very stiff. Add vinegar and vanilla extract and beat in. Fold in pecans. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and dry looking. Remove from pan quickly or they will stick. Store in tight container.
