1 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 heaping tbsp. sugar

Stir dry ingredients together well. Now add 1/2 cup hot water. Stir together until smooth. Add 1 cup milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add more water to gain consistency you desire your gravy to be.
