MICRO BUSY DAY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. water
15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1 c. mozzarella cheese, grated

Crumble beef in 3 quart microwave dish and cook on full powder 4 to 5 minutes until beef no longer is pink. Mix in the sauce, macaroni and the water. Cook covered at full power 12 to 14 minutes until the macaroni is tender. Stir and rotate the dish half way through the time period. Sprinkle cheese on top and let stand 4 to 6 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
